We are urgently hiring for the following:
LOCAL STORE MARKETING MANAGER
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Marketing or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of various marketing strategies (LSM) and to identify new business opportunities to generate income for the restaurants. Must have strong leadership and controlling skills. Must be customer oriented, mature in handling work challenges and organized. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Exposure & contact base in PR and Media is a competitive advantage
SENIOR BAKER / CAKE DECORATOR
With at least 2 years working experience in the related field specializing in cake production, decoration, & other skills necessary to produce specialty cakes (fondant, digital printed designs, etc). Able to creatively conceptualize cake designs using acquired technical skills producing products that are competitive in the industry. Must have strong leadership skills, able to handle work pressure, & highly result oriented.
STORE MANAGERS / ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS / OUTLET SHIFT MANAGERS
Male/Female, not more than 35 years old, at least 2 years experience in a Casual Dining Restaurant on the Applied Position's Capacity. Highly Result Oriented that focuses efforts in system compliance & implementation to achieve Sales, Cost & Profitability targets. Excellent leadership, People Relation & Communication Skills exhibited in employee relation and exceptional customer service. Must be willing to work flexible hours and be flexible in store management.
REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL
Male, not more than 40 years old. At least 2 years experience in over all maintenance of a Restaurant including but not limited to cold & hot equipments, electrical, plumbing, & mechanical concerns. Able to provide immediate troubleshooting & repair of various equipments and make accurate costing estimates. Must be willing to do field work.
ACCOUNTING PERSONNEL
25-35 years old, Graduate of BS Accountancy. Has strong background in basic accounting principles & transactions preferably gained in the Restaurant Industry. Highly Proficient in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel. Possesses good moral ethics & able to strictly enforce compliance. Experience in audit is an advantage.
